Lego Studio 3D models
I added a new section to the 3D modelling page:
Lego Studio
Since 2018 I’ve designed several bits and pieces in Lego Studio, mostly replacement parts/fixes for toys to keep them up and fighting for my kids. Check out my public gallery:

Cheesecake Crank: output of Galway Game Jam 8
I worked on a team of 5 to produce Cheesecake Crank in the 12-hour Galway Game Jam 8 hosted in the PorterShed in Galway on 5th November. It was my first game jam and plenty of craic mixed with hard work! I was mostly responsible for the “bad guy” AI. We got something working and uploaded by the deadline so I’m pretty happy with that, but there is certainly more to do here before it could be considered a proper game experience. I plan to continue working on improving what’s there with at least one of the other guys on the team.

Dragging and dropping Strategies and States in Unity’s visual editor
A bit more detail on how I’m using the State and Strategy design patterns in conjunction with Unity’s use of the Component pattern to implement AI for Pointy’s Friends.
